Status as a Research Organisation
CRdC Tecnologie Scarl is officially classified as a Research Organisation pursuant to section 2.2, letter d) of European Commission Communication 2006/C 323/01 and Italian Ministerial Decree 593/2000 and subsequent amendments.
Specifically, CRdC Tecnologie adheres to the following criteria:
- It operates strictly on a non-profit basis (as per its corporate statute).
- Its principal statutory purpose is to conduct scientific and/or technological research and disseminate the results through teaching, publication, or technology transfer (National Research Registry Code No. 59976AOH).
- All profits are entirely reinvested in research activities, the dissemination of results, or teaching.
- Enterprises that are able to exert influence (potential shareholders or members) do not enjoy any preferential access to the entity's research capabilities or the results produced.
